Could be wrong but I would like to point out that it looks like there is a small trace of a "D" mint mark behind the ponytail.
Ok...I just doing a bunch of Silver Quarters...I just look at the 32 with 30X and is worn, I could not see anything...I'M not a Coin Expert. According to my RED BOOK, the mint mark was moved to right of the ribbon not until 1968.....the silver 1932 - 1964 "d" mint mark is reverse under the wreath, and the "P" do not have a mint mark
