I will email a photo copy of instructions if needed I will not return credits for anyone that messes up the code it is good just got movie today it is ultraviolet thanks :)

It is illegal for her to make a copy of the movie and then redistribute, but as far as a digital copy goes, she purchased the movie that came with code, that digital copy now belongs to her so she can put on here since she's not actually violating copyright laws.

She's not distributing as a technicality, since she's only getting rid of the one digital copy code, that which belongs to her and that she has already paid for, she cannot make more copies n sell them nor can she provide viewing for the public, as that would constitute theft but she can sell the copy lawfully so long as it was purchased as such.

Isn't it illegal & against Listia rules to redistribute digital copies (or codes that give access to digital copies) of copyrighted material that you did not create and have not been granted legal permission to redistribute for a personal profit?

When you say Digital Copy only do you mean UltraViolet too or just the Digital Copy for itunes?

Because the slip you have in the pic there shows both UltraViolet and Digital Copy so I just wanna be sure before I bid that I'm not bidding on the Digital Copy for itunes only but for the UltraViolet copy too.

its definitely for ultraviolet its on bottom top one is for disc it came with both

its for the ultraviolet code, the digital copy part on top requires the disc so just the ultraviolet code is for auction
