yes these are safe for animal and even human i hate to admit but my son likes them too,lol i have 15 dogs in my kennels and 3 dogs ,5 cats and 3 ferrits in my house and thanks to this we have not had a problem with fleas scence we started useing these.and doing the tips and tricks.

Does the size of the animals affect the recipe? I live with family and we have 2 small dogs and my cat (who is bigger then the dogs).

there are 2 seperate recipes here 1 for dogs and one for cats. with the dogs 1 treat for a small dog up to 15 lb. 2 treat up to 30 lb. and so on from there size of treat should be about 2in. in lenght and aprox. 1 1/2in across. that is the size i go by. i have cookie cutters i got from petstore a few years ago.
for the cats you make these aprox. the size of a quarter and for a kitten 12 weeks or older up to 4 lb. i give them 1/4 of a treat, from there up to 10 lb. i give 1/2 a treat a day , 10- 20 lb cats i give 1 whole treat a day. if your cat is more than that and you win, let me know in email and i will caculate it up per oz.for you then and let you know size of treat needed . this has been used in my kennels and rescue center. and is a very safe way to help you furry friend with fleas and if you want exact oz. on any dog or cat by weight if you win i will caculate it up if you then..... thank you for you question and i hope i answered it thoughlly enough. i enjoy hearing from my watchers / bidders

Helpful petcare suggestions are always welcome in our home. Found a book by a vet It's A Cat's World You Just Live In It by Justine A. Lee, that has a lot of helpful information including tips on finding the right vet. #1 rule for finding the right vet is finding one who owns a cat, preferably more than 1 at least 2 or more because they'll understand what makes a cat tick better than anybody else next to the cat owner. It's got some humorous stories in it as well. In the middle of reading a book by Bob Tarte called Kitty Cornered, it's about his crazy felines and how they fit into the life he and his wife live with birds of all sorts that needed rescuing. It's really funny. He also wrote Enslaved By Ducks & Fowl Weather, they're great too!

Sounds like Rascal, she gets between whoever's reading and the book and starts rubbing her face in ours and being cute just so she's center of attention. For some reason books in human hands = cat time.

Spike is good about just curling up somewhere when I'm trying to read, Rascal however has to get in my face and be all cutesie and demand attention when anybody's trying to read.

That is like trouble the kiten, he is turning out to me a computer kitty, any time i am on here he has to come and lay on the keyboard, then our 15 min. game begains i put him down hegets right back up and it i play it long enough he get this i'll show you look in his eye and then lays down digging his claws in to the keys

If Mom is playing Mahjong on her computer Spike likes to sit and watch and try and swat at the screen when things move. Anything that moves is fair game to be attacked by Spike.

The cats definitely rule the roost in our home. Spike discovered one more devilish thing to do today! He chewed my phone charger cord in two pieces so now my brother and I will have to share a charger and keep all cords out of his sight from now on. Rascal NEVER chewed or played with cords. Shoe strings yes but she seems to have a little more common sense than Spike who attacks anything and everything that suits his fancy.

to stop that get some soap and rub it on the cords and that should stop that.and if that does not work try some cyanne pepper and water mix or pepper juice works too. my boss says jalopeno pepper is the one he uses for his little angel.
