I nolonger need this battery recharger as i have upgraded and sorry but no batteries aare included just the charger and i will be asking for a small charge for shipping since it is alittle bit heavier and will cost me atleast 3.00 dollars do to wait so eitheer i will except stamps by mail for shipping and then once i reacieve that or conceiled money in envilope i will deliver iteam within 10 bussiness days and also listia ules apply and if no money or stamps for delivery are made i will keep credits and relist iteams other than that happy bidding and have a blessed day .

Free shipping to those out of state why did i say shiping charge because if i did forget what i typed as this computer is sticking again and causing me to screw up . just shiping fee's for out of staters , sorry for the misconbobulation.

yes like canada, africa, hawii, etc. i dont know why listia has world wide on there deal because for some people it can be a bit confussing thus i think listia should state for those out of the U.S. then it wouldnt confuse people if you get my drift. this listia site was not very well done thats all i can say.
