Hey you forgot the last two sentences in the terms! "Code cannot be resold for commercial or any other purposes. Selection of this promotion through Bing Rewards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions."

Why would I put the Bing Rewards part when I'm giving it away on Listia and those sentences would only pertain to me. So I guess you left this comment to let me know you know I received this from Bing, because I can't think of any other use for your comment.

The terms clearly state that the code cannot be "resold", and putting this up here for auction you are "reselling" it, Hello...!! Also by the time the auction ends the code would have expired!

So you understand your auction with the expired date, however you do not understand how an auction works. This is an auction site and you may not making money by what you list, although the definition of an auction is to "sale by bidding", "sell things by auction", "to sell goods to the highest bidder". Look up the definition yourself!

If that was the case then every Free item Coupon auctioned on here would be illegal, As they all do say "Not For Resale" (with means they can not be sold for monetary gain with Listia point are not) I have Auctioned many coupons and gift cards on this site (200+) and other I know the rules and I am not breaking any. I don't know it you are just Trolling or just ill-informed. If ill-informed, then you are wrong and I am happy I could correct you on the rules of auctioning.
