A prior auction of hair chalk raised a lot of questions, including 1) how they would work on dark or black hair (it does, but google special instructions on chalking black hair) and 2) Why does the package say art chalk or chalk pastels (Art chalk pastels are the exact same product in composition as hair chalk.
