This is one of Hot Wheels new treasure hunts. See the little blue circle? That is a fire logo and cars with that logo have a little saying on the card behind the car that these are limited and hard to find. I guess they are trying to make it hard for collectors to see them and take them all. I personally don't like it and wish they would go back to saying Treasure Hunt on the package.
