what exactly got locked by accident? the phone itself or the sim? please give a more detailed description on this. like did someone try to but in the PUK too many times and locked it and thats y att needs to unlock it?

The phone itself got locked when i was on it and this thing popped up to lock it and I tryed to make it go off the screen and it locked I'm sure if you call AT&T it could be unlocked. It has AT&T service on it I used it before it accidentally got locked

bobbielatham i tryed to explain about it being locked when i tryed to get the thing that popped onto the screen the keyboard came on and when i tryed to get the thing off the screen about locking it it typed letters inside the box and i dont know what was typed in it cause it finally went off the screen,so it prob could be unlocked by att because its a att cell phone
