what age would u say these are for?

the bottoms are about 20" with an inseam of about 12"...
measuring across the front at the waist line, which has an elastic stretch (so from left to right side across front) measures 8" an can stretch to alittle past 12"...
the shirt lenght wise is 16".... the arms from the center back neck line (where the tag is) to the wrist - is like 16 1/2". across the whole back from wrist to wrist is about 33"....the chest from underarm to underarm is 12"...
sorry not real good at clothes sizes lol, these measurements were taking using a regular tape measure with garments laying on a flat surface... they do have a stretch to them...
I'd say a 3T... holding it up against one of my daughtets old ourfits thats a 4T, this is alittle smaller... so yeah id guess a 3T comfortably, maybe a 2-3T...
