This is for one(uno) applicator . (You will only get one of the white things in the mail. You will not get the whole box) They aren't cheap! Hahaha! But I used 2 and I have given birth to 4 kids. I'm now smaller than I was in Jr high! Results will vary. No I didn't hit the gym constantly either... I'm good at procrastinating Hehehe. Any questions ask! Yeah I've had 4 kids and I tried it after #4 it took a bit and I had done it on my stomach but had to wrap myself n that see thru plastic wrap crap. I guess its called cling wrap?! Anyway you can put it anywhere and leave it on for about 30 minutes. But I did it for 45. Best after a hot shower too. I honestly didn't think it would work but it did. Wish I had kept my before and after pictures. My stomach was smaller within 24hrs.
