I read every tag there was and it didn't say...rubber is sturdy, but even it can be cut or torn under the right circumstances. because of the name Clutch Gear...I assumed they might be motorcycle riding/racing gloves, but I'm not in motorcycle racing, just riding so I don't know for sure.
