The password the serial number the MAC address and ssid are all on the back of the modem

The ssid is netgear06 and the password is smilingriver041 all of that info is on the back of the modem

do you have the cd to set it up, or you have to send the pass word, ssid, and security key. to get it to work. i'v goten to of them off listia and didn't have info to hook them up. thanks
