I just had a friend look at this and it has a 14kt on back of the locket

If this locket was manufactured- not hand made by an artisan, and this was manufactured- it would have to be marked 14KT on the back or inside of it, to be real gold. I would love to believe your daughter but ...Sorry. BTW did you know that it will lower your bids, at least by 1/2 of what you could get, with such high shipping? Just FYI :-)

well all real gold should be stamped, another quick way to tell is to take a magnet to it....if it sticks to the necklace thans is a fake. Can you do that? I cant wear jewelry if its not real gold, thx
