This dress has been tried on, but never worn! It's made from 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex, and feels like silk material, smooth, and soft. This was to small for me in the bust area. I think it would fit someone that wears a 24 Women's, and if you are a C cup, or less. I'm a D/DD cup. I'm 5'3" tall and this touched the floor on me. If you like pretty colors, pastel colors, this has pink, yellow, turquoise, off white, and black. It's a pull on dress and ties around your neck to hold top part up, and elastic a crossed the back area. Could wear as a sexy evening gown, or for a sexy night at home with your husband, or boyfriend. First picture is front view, second picture is back view, third picture shows tag, and size, 4th pictures is a close up of the top area from the back. Free shipping too! Maybe, but not 100% sure. I'm a DD cup and it wasn't tight on me. Hope that helps. :)

It is 21" a crossed the bust area, so about 42", but it does have elastic a crossed the back at the top, and the material is giving as well. I hope this helps. :)
