These are a little girls size 11. I bought these boots last year at this time expecting a lot of snow and cold weather but it was a warm winter and this year they are to small. They have only been worn maybe 5 times and are in excellent condition. When my daughter wore them she was only outside about 30 minutes at a time. But do to their weight I do have to charge shipping.
