It is brand new with the tags still attached, still on the original hanger.
The colors (red, white, blue) are brilliant.
The white stars are embroidered!
The fabric is 100% ringspun cotton and very soft.
The back side is solid white and the entire bib is bound with red.
It easily attaches and detaches at the back of the neck with velcro.
The size is 0S (one size).
Measurements: The neck opening 4" diameter. The bib measures 7" across. Measured from the neck to the bottom is also 7". It is 11" total from the back neck attachment to the bottom.
