Used but in good condition.The slide you take off to get to the battery on back has minor crack I fixed w/ super glue,not noticeable- this is the only flaw. It works excellent, just like any other blackberry. Charger not included currently using for my current blackberry.You can find a charger on amazon.com for like $3 though. I am willing to inlcude a t-mobile prepaid sim card I just ordered, still in packaging if bid reaches to 1,000.Enjoy & Happy Bidding!!!

anyone can use it, it's set up for prepaid through t-mobile but you can get a plan on it too.*Bonus is brand new sim card still in package I just bought in envelope still.

don't think so but not totally sure, it's set up as a prepaid w/ sim card through t-mobile.

if it takes a SIM card, it is GSM. Shipping for this can be done using postal service priority mail flat rate at about $5.00. And yes, the phone can be unlocked by calling the original provider with the IMEI and serial numbers, which can be found, using a magnifying glass, under the battery.
