Description

The listing, Odd LOT of Yarn (Please read) has ended.

Up for bid is an odd lot of yarns.

(2) KolorKraft Worsted Wool (one is full and one is ½ to ¾ full) and are "Snow White". The full skein is 4 oz. And while the color name is Snow White, I think it's a little creamier than "snow".

(1) Sayelle RED skein and it's the same red as you would find on Santa's outfit. For some reason my scanner gives it an orange cast, which it is not. Looks true red to me, but the color is listed as "Watermelon". It's 4 oz., 100% orlon acrylic.

(2+) Two full skeins of Bear Brand Winsom yarn, and another partial skein. I would say the partial is about half full. This is vintage yarn, and is discontinued. The color is 370 and no name is given, but I'd call it "parchment".

Yarn is 100% DuPont Acrylic Easy-Care yarn and is machine washable and dryable. Full skeins are 2 oz. 2-ply, and these are all from the same dye lot. Permanently mothproof.

(1) Skein of M.H. Yarns "Fisherman" that is mostly full. There may be a little out of this one. 3 oz. when full. 4-ply knitting worsted weight.

(½ to ¾) Skein of Red Heart Wintuk Sport Yarn, 2 oz.; 2 ply. Tan.

These are leftovers from afghans done quite a while ago, and have been stored tightly sealed in a storage tub. I don't see me getting back to doing afghans again in this lifetime! So hopefully someone who knits or crochets can use these odd lots.

Pet-free and smoke-free home. Cannot do free shipping on this, but starting it at a really low bid.

Lot weight is 1¾ lb. I accept Paypal and well-concealed cash.

See messages above -- didn't know there were questions! I'm saving up my credits for a certain item, so don't have any to spare on GIN.

Anteex, you would gain more credits if you changed it to GIN and someone bid and won!

Thanks for commenting! Trouble is, my auctions are usually won by someone on the complete other side of the country. With postage prices, I can't afford to give the items away AND pay the high postage fees. That's why I started with low credits. While I would love to make all auctions free shipping, I just can't afford it. :)

Oh, geez! Senior moment! You weren't asking about free postage, but GIN (which I don't have enough credits for at the moment because I hoping to use every single credit I have on something I really want). Sorry for the first reply... Awk!

would you consider sending just the 100% wool to the winner?(If so, what would shipping be for those 2 skeins only?)

There is a bidder already and quite a few watchers, therefore I don't think it would be fair, since it is so close to the auction's end. If there were no bids and no watchers, I certainly would have considered it. Sorry! :)
