hummm, ya know I forgot all about that...it depends of what kind of shipping your going to do..mine is $14 a month. BUT because they start you with shipping money for free PLUS the 1st month is free ..plus you save at least 10% than at the post office PLUS tracking is included on every package for FREE i save way more than that a month...and I save time and gas because my mail man picks up at my door, no gas, no weather, and no waiting in line :) thanks for bringing that up

What kind of material is this little vest.? Also Is the color a royal blue.?

It is blue..i would say a darker blue...is it royal blue? idk lol..as far as the material tag sayspoly/cotton blend..as far as the feel the fron & back are two differant textures :) hope this helps
