This scale is the Weight Exchange system.
Can be used to weigh food by the following: On the Scale is 1oz -17oz plastic card that slides out. The following food plastic cards are, 1 Protein card A-Z, 2 Bread A-O and P-Z, 2 Fruit a-J and K-Z, 2 Vegetable A-N and O-Z, and a Fat Exchange Reference Chart. These come in a Plastic sleeve. The Scale has an oblong dish to weigh the food 2 1/2" deep x 8' long with a poring spout, holds 4 1/2 cups of liquid, an 8oz measuring cup and a double sided spoon 1tsp and the other side is 1tbs. This is lightly used kept in good condition.
