This is a beautiful size 24 month dress for any occasion. It is new without tags. The tag was removed when I bought it and tried it on my daughter because it was to be worn at a wedding. The wedding was cancelled, so she never wore it.
The top part has a velvet feel/look. The midsection is decorated with a pale green/goldish ribbon and has a pretty flower accent on the front left. The ribbon ties into a precious bow in the back and a 3-button closure. The materials of the dress are on the photo of the tag in the pictures shown.
The size 24 month bloomers I added but are of a different brand, George. They are a cream colored with a satin feel; made of 100% polyester.
