It is Windows Mobile.. I would say it was one of the very first Windows Mobile. Im not a phone expert or nothing so all i kinow is its Windows Mobile.

The Phone has Window's in it.. like an I phone... it takes a Sim & if u want more memory u can add a memory card in the top of the phone...
