I have bid three times and after i click bid it has already upped the bid by one...Something is not right about that..any one know why???

Hi, I see you are new to Listia & online auctions. The condensed version is that someone placed a bid before you. If the bid required was 100 credits someone could bid 200 credits and it would only show at the required 100 credits until someone bid against them. If another bidder comes in and bids 105 credits, Listia will automatically counter with bidders 1's bid (that was 200). Basically whomever bid before you could have bid 250, 500 or any other number of credits.
