This is a tag maker from Making Memories. I don't have any tags left for it, but they are available from craft stores. This has only been used a few times, and I just don't use it anymore. You take a metal tag frame (sold at any craft store and at amazon) with your tag inside it and it presses the edges down nice and even. If you search for it on amazon you'll find what the tag frames look like.

ok looked it up, this is cool! which size and shape does this one do? does it have a template for a certain size and shape?

This works on all shapes, but I'm not sure of what sizes they are. If you are on amazon and search for the Making Memories tag kit, I think that should give you a good idea. Good luck! :)

Nope, unfortunately not. :( They are easy to get though, at any craft store.
