This is a White Retractable Key or ID card Belt Clip holder.
I use these and is helpful to prevent you from misplacing the key or ID card. Photo 1 is the front, photo 2 is the back, photo 3 is showing the retractable cord, and 4 shows keys on a ring snapped on.
Was used once. In good condition.
