I have very little information on this pretty Bow Pendant/Necklace as I got it @ an Estate Sale in Boca Raton, Fl. But judging from the other items I got @ that sale, I am happy with the quality & uniqueness of this item. The Bow is a dark toned metal (Japaned?) with black Marcasite type gems accenting the sides of the Bow. In the center is a rectangular Jet or Onyx type stone as the focal stone. The effect is Feminine in a dark sort of way!? Perhaps it was a Funereal piece of jewelry?? The chain it's on looks to be a replacement, as it seems from another era?? There are markings on the clasp that I cannot make sense of??!! The pendant measures about 2" @ it's longest & about 1.5" @ it's widest. I'll bet this Pendant would look sooo much prettier in a Black Velvet cord or Satin ribbon. Just saying ;0) Chain measures 17', total length.
