Description

The listing, CANON REBEL 2000 EOS~ Film Camera! has ended.

CANON REBEL 2000 EOS w/ Canon 35~80 lens.
EX condition inside and out. Guatemalan strap. As new Lowepro case. Batteries. Film. All included.
Operates in auto MODES, or manual settings. There is too much to say about this camera, so I've included a link that should give you a good idea of what you are bidding on.
NOTE: It's not necessary anymore to depend on paper prints at the photo processor. Film images can be digitized and stored on your portable device, then uploaded for editing on your PC or Mac. Images stored this way are high quality and I can't tell the difference between digitized film recorded on a flash drive, and the SD card in my digital camera.

Winners receive FREE SHIPPING IN US. Yes I said FREE SHIPPING IN US~ via major carrier with tracking.

CR2 batteries are available just about anywhere. I would suggest Lithium batteries.
Yes~ other Canon lenses can be used. If you prefer an after market lens, lens adapters are available.

Yep. I like to use a thumb drive or a card because most high rez digital photo frames have a USB port/ card slot. I've been using d frames for awhile, and I really dig that.
Best of luck to all.

This is a film camera. You can get prints made if you want, or you can use the method I described above. Both are fine. I think you are talking about a digital camera. Processed film can be scanned onto a memory card (like SD, etc.) or onto a flash drive or CD. If you are into editing, you can then upload the images, using your device.

So you dont just take your pictures, then put the disk in computer and down load them?

Get a good quality drive (USB flash drive) with plenty of memory.
No need to format.
Take your film and your drive to a processor. They will develop the film, and scan it. The scanned images are then loaded onto your flash drive.
You can then upload images for editing, or for prints you make yourself.
I have not found any flaws with this method. It's incredibly easy and I wonder why it did not occur to me years earlier.
Hope this helps.

how exactly do you convert the film into a digital format?

I have no idea. The package will weigh 5 maybe 6 pounds. You will have to get the rate from USPS (including tracking, and insurance). Be sure to ask if cameras and film are OK to ship to the UK. Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to USPS rules.

Well, I can't do international shipping free. And I imagine it would cost quite a bit. But if any one wants to pay for it, I'll ship it to Kathmandu.
