I have an iphone that was working with AT&T. It DOES take a SIM. I should know..I am using it right now.

my iphone 3 takes a sim card was even on son plan and he give to me i pay by day minutes and it works fine can you tell me what this one is 3? 4? 5? looks like a 8mg like to know thanks

i have a 2 year contract plan phone from ATT and all of my phones always took sim cards...so that is false larrymiller

Iphone with at&t on their plan have sim cards and they are on the top of the iphone it takes a paperclip or something small like that to pop the sim card tray out with your sim card---the at&t plan is on that sim card and that plan includes what you are paying for --texting-mms and the plan itself-(-had 2 got rid of them went to android) (whew & yay)

It's a 3. iPhone 3. He older ones look different on the back. And my iPhone with AT&T takes a SIM card also.

iphones do take mini sims cards....you just have to know where to put them.
