you just buy the tracphone cards to put on it i dont know if you can use it on another service and i dont know about the reception i never used it i bought it from a friend and never bought the cards to put more mins on it i just got another phone with my husband

we actually found a charger and it is charged now

yes i have found the charger since i did the post a charger does come with it
