Someone mentioned that USPS does free tracking. Maybe they do, but doesn't USPS stand for United States Postal Service? Here in Canada, it is crazy expensive to add track, like 18 dollars! So I can see why the seller isn't wanting to pay for that themselves. There is often confusion on Listia, where US sellers don't know why us Canadians aren't offering free tracking....it's because it cost us 18 dollars, on top of shipping.

Recently Canada Post hiked prices, and its insane now. Canada Post removed surface mail option to US, means now cheapest parcel will go 6.80$ +. And its not wise to offer Free shipping now from Canada. Buyer has to wear or share that burden.
