No photo available as my camera is having some work done on it.These delicious cookies make a few dozen, at least 5-6 dozen I believe depending on how big you make them before baking.
They don't last long and are also known as disappearing Harvest Spice Cookies in our house or Mom's Disappearing Cookies. Within 1 week of making them they're all gone. We just can't resist them. They are also a semi-healthy recipe, due to the apples, raisins, nuts and spices.
