It looks like the smallest model.

I would like payment information before I bid anything. I could get a Bamboo model for $50 (Amazon), and those work fairly well. Which model is this? Intuos 2?

yes debit card payments are accepted through PayPal, and it is possible to ship tomorrow, but not guaranteed :)
