I have a GREAT feedback rating, and pride myself on good customer service. I put tracking numbers on ALL packages for peace of mind. This protects me, as well as the receiver of the product. But if a tracking number tells me that you received it and you file false claims against me either with listia (or paypal if you are required to pay shipping) I will not work with you again. With that said if you are not satisfied for any reason please contact me personally to resolve before filing with listia. I will work with you to make sure the issue is fixed. Verified listia addresses only please! I try to offer free shipping whenever I can, but since I am unfortunately on unemployment that is not always possible. I have to require $3.00 shipping on this, shipped in a padded envelope with them wrapped in bubble wrap, first class, USPS with delivery confirmation.
