I hope you don't leave your putting food on someone's table they otherwise could not afford. I personally believe what you do far outweighs the items I put up.

Thank you for your kind words:-) I hope to continue also. If the interest and bidder participation are there to support doing it, I will. I just can't afford to take a loss. Like so many others, I'm currently unemployed. I like the feeling of community at Listia and I get to interact with lots of really nice folks. I don't get the same feel from eBay. On the other hand, I've found my eBay transactions to have a much higher success rate, all things considered... Go figure.

As for your comparison of your items to mine, have you ever heard the term, "hyacinth for the soul"? While shelter, food, water, sleep, and clothing are needed for the body's well being, the same cannot be said about the soul. Things of beauty aren't appreciated because the body needs them. They're appreciated because they feed the soul. Your items are more valuable to folks than I think you know. Thanks again, and I fanned you back:-)!
