This is a really funky watch. To tell the time you push the button and 2 light columns show the hr. on one side and the min. on the other. Brand new never worn. It has a heavy metal band and actually feels like a nice watch.

The band says stainless steel, that is the only mark besides the numbers on the face.

Yes its adjustable, it has 3 removable "links" on each side. I think anyone could use this watch. Its pretty chunky and the band is stainless steel, so its got some weight.
