it means FANNED and WATCHING,,,upper side of right screen,,it says become a fan of the seller..you click on that,,and watching means ive added u to the watch list of the auctions,,like keeping track of it..i just used my last bid, and i guess im outbidded,,unless i can come up with more credits! :(
