The listing, Loose gem cut stones! Natural opals 2 gem lot has ended.

2 natural opals gem cut. Opaque stones base color gray. 2 stones good condition. It is difficult to catch the fire in these opals with my camera.

What size are these pieces and can you see the opal from all sides or is it mostly grey rock? Thanks and watching!:-)

size is about the same as a dime maybe a little bigger. flat on one side for mounting purposes. as for color one spot shows color more than the rest but the fire can be caught in bright lighting from more than one spot.

it is definetly prettier than just grey rock though not heat treated for transluscence so it is very opaque. I wish I could get better pictures for you.

Try getting a canon scanner/copier & preview & do box around the subject & do 999kb setting manually & then scan & you will get a big 7" photo that will show the fire of the stones..
hope this helps??? my wife got her last scanner from wal-mart for only $28.00!!!!
