This auction if for a lot of 15 seeds and is for the seeds ONLY, not a pod. Datura plants are very poisonous to people and animals if ingested - as many plants are. If you have children or animals that like to play with, chew on, or just generally mess with plants; you may not want to get these. The plants are supposed to be for zones 8 through 11, but I live in Illinois and they grow great here - about 5-7feet tall and I've seen them up to about 5foot across. They have a lot of huge approximately 7inch flowers once they reach maturity. Best to start indoors about 3-6weeks before the last frost in Spring, acclimate appropriately to outdoors over a couple days, plant in rich soil, then water regularly.
