The listing, New ideas for crochet has ended.
One would love to recommend this book for everyone, as it features many colorful and imaginative projects of interest to the experienced crochet artist. Unfortunately, it was written for a British audience and has not been edited for the U.S. market. British crocheters use terminology foreign to crocheters in the United States. For example, the British double rochet is our single crochet, while the British treble crochet is the double crochet here. There is no mention in the book of these differences even though it pretends to teach crochet to beginners. Beginners in the United States who learn the craft from this book will set themselves up for frustration when working from patterns published in U.S. magazines and books. Thus, this is recommended only for comprehensive crochet collections. Great condition free shipping in US
