Maybe my son won't laugh but this would be good for both of us with bad backs! I'm 65 and he's 38. Don't have a lot of weight to get off but some wouldn't hurt at all. This could be really fun and a wholesome family evening! I think even the furbabies might join in ... LOL

It is a lot of fun. My son learned dance moves from this (he is 16) and has been told by several kids his age and adults that he is a good dancer. We want to pass it along to others.
