The listing, Lovely Brown Fossil Purse.. Great Used Condition!! has ended.

Great Fossil Purse with multiple pockets for storage. The interior is in like new condition.
The leather is gorgeous and has a couple of small scratches and a small water spot on it.
This is a very nice purse with long, adjustable shoulder strap. Can also be used as a cross over strap. IT is 8 3/4 wide by 8 3/4 tall.

Yes it is, but I have probably been out with other people and the bag could have came in contact with smoke. I can't smell any odors. Hope that helps.
I know some people are very sensitive to smoke.
