The listing, 50+ Primula secundiflora Seeds, Gorgeous Candelabra Primrose has ended.

Last packet for this year or maybe ever depending on if my plants made it through the winter!!

You will recieve a very generous packet of seed! These are so lovely and would be happy near a stream or pond in part shade.

Primula secundifloras' magenta flowers hang down. It has evergreen rosettes of small leaves, and upright stems with red-pink flowers.
Sow in pots that you leave outside for the winter so they go through the stratifying process for germination in the spring. Plant out when large enough to a shady, moist garden.

are they hardy in zone 9?

They would be hardy but if you don't get a winter with temps down to the 30-40's for a few weeks they might not do well for you.

If you have a shady, moist spot with good rich soil...then YES you have the perfect spot!! Good luck!
