I bought these almost 20 yrs ago to give as gifts but never did. These type of banners are constructed of weather resistant nylon, designed for exterior and interior display. It measures about 17" x 11" and are made of nylon with glitter embellishments. Would look great on a child's bedroom door, exterior/interior home door, windows of a car, home, etc., or at the office on the breakroom or cubicle door/entry.
