This auction will be mailed in a plain white envelope with NO tracking. So if this dose not suit you do not bid or you will have to pay for shipping and tracking of $3.00.

Must have a verified Listia address and contact me with in 7 days of end of auction. If you do not have a verified Listia address or contact me with in 7 days there will be no refund of credits. I am not sure just what you mean. I do not see liberty anywhere on it, you can read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1863. but it is not like new. Hope this helps.
