I agree. You can sell make up like lipsticks, mascaras, eye liner and such but you can't sell packaged, still sealed meds for animals which can be quite expensive. I appreciate you backing me up.

All very useful items. Definitely could use more cat can lids with 4 cats who get canned as their primary food with dry food where they can graze on it.

I will look around to see if I have more canned cat food. My 13 years old cat recently died of cancer - it went through her so fast. She only had 2 weeks left when it was diagnosed. She lost her jawbone too quick and her teeth had nothing to hold on to that all I can feed her were canned food only. I know Listia prohibits it, but I will check to see if I have more canned food and I will include it in this lot. People are telling me to get another cat but I can't bear the heartbreak of losing another one.

All 4 of them were rescues, each with their own special needs and personalities. Buddy is our oldest at about 7-9 yrs old and is still not totally over some of her issues, loud noises and brooms scare her. Rascal is next at 3 years old she was 6 wks old and found in the middle of a snowstorm, nobody claimed her. Then last Spring OJ showed up on our doorstep barely weighing 2 lbs (he's now a healthier 8 lb) he was abandoned by his owner's daughter after his owner and elderly woman died, his microchip helped track down important info, he was up to date on rabies shot, and was 2 yrs old at the time his owner died last spring, but because his vet and a neighbor said he'd never been outside a day in his life and had never eaten dry kibble, just canned and soft kibble and soft treats, he didn't know how to hunt let alone have any fighting instincts and hadn't been neutered due to his owner using him a few times as a stud for breeding with a friend's cats who were also registered long haired tabbies, the woman who tossed him out on the street was taken to court via the local animal control and humane society and had to pay hefty fines and do community service with the humane society because of intentional abandonment of a defenseless animal. OJ isn't a picky eater for the most part as long as he gets a variety of canned food and an occasional can of tuna he's happy, he never has learned how to eat dry kibble so we keep a small amount of beef broth in the fridge so that we can use it to soften his dry kibble up so it's easier for him to eat. Then came Spike last summer, he was 3 wks old when he was found by a friend, they couldn't keep him because their own cat is nearly 8 years old and doesn't like babies.

You are doing such a good thing - to be rescuing all of these kitties. I can't believe how some people can be so cruel. My precious cat was like that too. She doesn't like other kitties around her because she was just so spoiled, she didn't want to share us. She was so territorial.

Spike is now a happy healthy 8 month old hyperactive 10 lb. butterball of trouble, he's got the adorable orange and white tabby looks and the playful mischief loving personality but also loves it when we cuddle him. A variety of toys and a cat sitter vhs tape are what keeps him from getting into too much trouble. He's rather destructive with his toys though and we have yet to find one he can't shred, or pull fur and feathers off of. The vet said he's still teething and won't quit the chewy baby faze til he's closer to being a year old.

F, W & B! I don't have a sad story, and I only have one psycho cat that thinks she is human. She doesn't meow so much as grunts. She grunts at us. Wish I could afford a large enough place to take in 4 cats that need a lot of care and pampering. Alas, I can only have the one. :)

I had one and it was enough for me. Mine wanted every single minute of my attention which is why I couldn't add another one. It was too spoiled. It was even jealous of my newborn son (8 years old now) when we brought him home for the first time. She finally accepted him after a few weeks finally realizing he was here to stay. She thought that the new crib and car seat was all for her, and she hung out there, before my son came along. LOL! Fanned you back and have fun bidding.

Pianoplayer, get spike one of those twisted, knotted ropes they have for dog. Preferably one made from hemp or sisal. He will go nuts tackling it, and will have no hopes of chewing it apart.

Please send me your information within 7 days of the auction closing date, and if I don't received your name and address, per Listia's policy, I will keep your credits and will re-list the items again.

All the items in my auctions come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please take a good close look at all the pictures. You are getting it as shown on the photos and I tried to describe it the best possible way as I can. I do not accept returns.
.
Because this will be coming in a really big box weighing approx. 11 lbs., I will ship your item via UPS-Ground for free. I use the most basic UPS Ground Service. If you want upgrades such as shipping to P.O. Box, Hawai'i, Alaska, shipping outside of the U.S., military or faster shipment, I am willing to work with you but...YOU MUST PAY FOR THEM. If I have to go to the post office to use U.S. Mail instead of UPS-Ground, you WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE TOO. I need a physical address where UPS can deliver. They do not deliver to a P.O. Box.

I normally will ship no later than 3 business days after I have your shipping information, but will try my best to ship sooner than that.

Thank you for looking and please feel free to ask any questions.

I HAD A GROUP PICTURE OF THE LOT BUT unfortunately the moderators took it down. I didn't know that I can't include anything that can be ingested like the unopened cat treats or meds for flea and tick and ear mites so those will not be included in the lot. I'm sorry.
