Have you tried this does it work really well? Need something that's really going to work with 3 dogs in the house!!! Son is staying with us for awhile with his!! lol F & W

I bought one for me and one for my fellow Listian's :) I have 3 chihuahua's and 1 cat that sheds a lot. It works great on my cat. My chihuahua's have very slick coats and they don't shed that much. Though I did get some fur off them. I don't have big dogs with thick fur that shed, so I can't really say much about that. I do know that you need great quality batteries, not cheap ones. Also it comes with an order sheet that you can buy a power supply cord to go with it. I did not purchase the plug in cord. I am just using great quality batteries and it works fine for me. I bet the cord would make it even much more powerful. Thanks for asking.
