245garrett, it doesn't work that way. That's like going on Ebay and telling everyone who bids higher than you that they can't. There are plenty of ipods on here. If you don't get this one, you can bid on others. But no need to threaten people. No one is scared and you can't make anyone explain to someone why they didn't get a used ipod for their birthday.
