it appears they are both agp 8x and that bfg card looks like the 6600 gt oc which takes a minimum 450 powers usupply and runs a memory clock of 1800mhz do to it having ddr3 memory on it. I use to have that same card and it was a beast for a agp 8x.

I can tell by looking at it its either ddr2 or 3 but if you want to verify the card it should have a sticker on the back that states the model the ram and the serial number

if its the gt oc'd edition that card was top of the line mid class agp card of its time very few others had ddr3 on them and most cards that did were all pci-e
