u can even use it as a boot disk - but its a usb drive
these things r awsome if u get one big enough -- they make them bigger than this one - whats the gb of a dvd -- 4,7 gb -- this is 64 gb

whats really cool about it is -- there is no moving parts in it -- one of these days autos will have just a usb port stereo in them -- and cds dvds be gone --the world is coming to that one of these days - u will buy flash drives that have the songs on them instead of cds -- and movies ect

anyone can use a pin drive - thumb drive -- flash drive -- its called alot of names -- its a usb 2.0 flash drive -- i have a computer that the mother board is bad -- the computer wont read the bios system or the hard drive -- so i installed linux on a flash drive just like this on -- and it works great --u can go online with ie and u can save stuff and do as u allways did -- its just a usb 64 gb drive -- so remember that -- most people use them for backups or to just carry files from one computer to another -- save ya mp3 on it then take to ya friends house and play them mp3-- its better than a disk -- u can delete the files on it and add new ones anytime u want -- --its easy to lose if u dont keep up with it -- its small but a great little hard drive
