The listing, Child's Nightshirt & PJ~vintage pattern has ended.

Adorable nightshirt and cap pattern from the 1950s. Size 3 (chest 22").

This pattern has been cut and is missing one little piece. A collar piece is missing, but should be easy to create for an experienced sewist.

Or maybe you are a scrapbooker and can use the cute cover drawing in a layout.

Seems too cute to throw out! So I hope someone can use it.
